RESIDENT ENGINEER (TUNNEL)

JOB REQUIREMENT
• The RE (Tunnel) shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• The RE (Tunnel) shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of LTA orCAG, Tunnel works such as bored tunnels, mined tunnels etc.
• The RE (T) possessing work experience in EPBM and slurry TBM, cross passage, ERSS and ground improvements works.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• The RE shall supervise all works relevant to tunnel construction and specialist engineering works for compliance with theLTA’s or CAG’srequirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.
• Maintain & control site records as per BCA control act. TheRE (T) shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late-night supervision and project management work.
• The RE shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.
• The RE shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and Project Management for preparing of presentation slides for projects updates and maintaining of proper work progress record.

RESIDENT ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENT

• The RE shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of LTA Roads or Rails projects or PUB DTSS-TBM/Sewers-MTBM or Airport projects.
• The RE possessing work experience with drainage, roads, deep excavations & foundations are highly preferred.
• Working Location: PUB, CAG & LTA Projects, Singapore.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• The RE Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/CAG/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.
• Maintain & control site records as per BCA control act & The RE shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

• The RTO shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of LTA Roads, Viaducts/Bridge, Bus Depot, A&A works and CAG/PUB.
• Working Location: LTA, CAG and PUB Projects, Singapore.

• The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical works, including structural elements for Bridge / Viaducts, Roads and specialist engineering works for compliance with the LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.
• The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.
• The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

• Working Location: PUB & LTA Projects, Singapore.

PROJECT ENGINEER FOR LTA(CIVIL OR M&E)

JOB REQUIREMENT
• TRecognised Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least three (3) years’ relevant project management experience in the area of project management for system related works.
• TProficient in programme planning software such as Microsoft Project for Windows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous.
• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Windows.
• Good verbal communication and writing skills in English.
• Involve site works for installation, testing and commissioning.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
• Location: LTA Road Projects (Singapore Island-wide).
